Unique Wedding Gift For His Bride

Using his mother’s postal address for our communication, Steven was able to keep the wedding harpist a surprise for his bride until the wedding day!

Steven got in touch with me shortly after proposing to his long-time girlfriend, Leanne, to arrange a special surprise wedding gift for her during the wedding breakfast.

Leanne, as many brides, took charge of the wedding planning. But Steven knew he wanted to do something special that would really show her his romantic side. After an initial phone call we were able to finalise all the arrangements using his mother’s postal address and strangely coded texts so that Leanne was completely unaware – his surprise wedding gift was arranged!

Taking place at the Stourport Manor Hotel, the civil wedding ceremony was followed by a drinks reception where the guests were able to enjoy an unusually mild November afternoon outdoors.

Then it was time for the wedding breakfast and the surprise! The 55 guests and family found their places accompanied by popular pieces including Wonderful Tonight, Chasing Cars and A Thousand Years.

Leanne and Steven came down the hallway, and afterward she told me she could hear the harp music before they even entered, and she was SO thrilled!  Leanne had a wonderful smile from ear to ear when they entered the room.  Steven had asked specifically for popular love songs so I chose Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran for them to enter to.
