Valentine’s Dinner by Candlelight

2015 has well and truly started – I am so excited to be returning to The Fairlawns Hotel and Spa for their annual Valentine by Candlelight dinner.

Ensuring time together, as a couple, is so important. The Fairlawns Hotel and Spa is a romantic and beautiful place to share an evening together. And Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to make this happen.

The food is scrumptious at the Fairlawns, as you can imagine, but the evening starts with some impressive champagne cocktails. Last year they had bellinis and a decadent-looking cocktail made with strawberry puree. I would SO have liked to try that, but my fingers become noodles after a glass of champagne, and I had a couple hours of harp music to entertain the guests with!
