Wedding Music Consultation

I have been told the bridal music consultation service I provide to all of my brides and grooms – the opportunity to sit with me at the harp and select their music – is unique and incredibly helpful when finalising wedding details.

There are so many other decisions to make about the wedding, and an infinite number of songs you could chose from. A live wedding music consultation gives me the chance to play several options for each bit of the ceremony then you can decide based upon how the song makes you feel.

Wedding dress consultants on the popular TV show “Say Yes to the Dress” state “once the waterworks start you know you have a winner”. The same is often true when selecting the music the bride will walk down the aisle to. Many brides meet with me emphatically declaring they are not walking down the aisle to the traditional Bridal March; a whopping 75% of them start crying when they hear me play it and change their mind! But it’s not for everyone.

And that’s why I strongly encourage a meeting with brides before a wedding. So much can change when you hear music played on a harp…it’s honestly like no other sound.

Some wedding venues in the West Midlands require strictly secular music, ie non-religious, which is not a problem to sort out during a live wedding music consultation because if there is a particular tune you really like, we can usually find something similar to suit everyone.
